Pilates mat use
It's slightly softer than yoga pads, which is a lot better when you are sitting on it or resting your head on them. Most pads are to hard, but this one has just the right softness ,and give you need for pilates.

I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.
