These hearing aids are rechargeable in the provided case. They came with 3 sets of silicone ear bud cones (S, M or L), a cleaning brush and a short USB C cable. The paper manual explains the hearing aids well and has pictures and photos. The Hearing Aids for Seniors & Adults (FAMILY HEALTH Store) do not need to have any App to operate; these are just either on and working of off. They also do not have a Bluetooth function. The earbuds turn on when removed from the case or off when put in the case. Also, on and off can be manually done by pressing the button on the earbuds. There are 5 levels of volume. Each button press on the earbuds has a beep. There is some texture to the button part on the earbuds. The earbuds can operate individually or as a pair so you can use one or both at a time. The Hearing Aids for Seniors & Adults (FAMILY HEALTH Store) have a fairly clear and articulate sound, however, there is a slight open hiss when the volume is turned up and the sound reverberates a bit. At lower volume or the noise reduction mode, the hiss is not noticeable. Of course, covering the mic on the earbud can create a shrill noise. Overall, the sound is clear and articulate, not too tin-like or hollow sounding as many other over the counter hearing aids can sound. These hearing aids are comfortable in the ear and stay put well. For basic hearing needs, the Hearing Aids for Seniors & Adults (FAMILY HEALTH Store) are a decent over the counter option. Simple operation and not tied to an App

They're ready to use out of the box after a quick recharge. Each aid is clearly labeled L and R and operates independently. Feedback is minimal. The package includes extra ear tips (S & L), a cleaning brush, and a USB-charging cable.

I am a really big fan of these Hearing Aids for Seniors & Adults, Rechargeable Hearing Aids with Charging Case! They are quite small, which makes them much less visible, they are easy to place inside the ear and remove, they are quite comfortable and do a terrific job of amplifying sound! They also hold a charge for a very long time! I highly recommend them!

No phone apps or confusing tech stuff – just straightforward. My grandparent can't even understand the TV remote, so a hearing aid with a smartphone app would never be acceptable. Just take them out of the charging case, and you’re all set. Nothing more than a volume & power touch button. When it comes to sound quality, these are working great. Grandpa says it has clear audio and no annoying whistling sound that his rx aids had. They do a pretty good job of amplifying human voices while cutting down on background noise. The rechargeable feature is a big win too. With the charging case, you won’t have to keep changing batteries, and the battery life is impressive. So far they last all day on a single charge, which is exactly what you want from a hearing aid. I've always felt that the whole hearing aid industry was a $$$ racket, and this proves it. After all, they were charging THOUSANDS for what you can get on Amazon for peanuts. Would I recommend them? Definitely. They’re a great choice for anyone wanting to enhance their hearing without spending a fortune or wrestling with complicated controls.

I ordered these in the hope that one of my parents would benefit from them. My parents are in their 70s and hard-of-hearing. They each tried this set and disliked them. These are more amplifiers than standard hearing aids... something the packaging reflects but not the listing. They had challenges putting them in without causing painfully loud feedback. They disliked how they could hear everything louder, including the sound of walking and other distracting noises, and not just speech. It was an uncomfortable experience, and the only really good thing that came from these is that they were convinced to look into and use proper hearing aids after their disappointment with these.

These are nice hearing aids but could be better. The fit is ok but the not the most comfortable for prolonged use and caused discomfort in my ears. The sound is good but for the price I was expecting a little better. If you are not wearing these all day long then they will be fine.
