Solid and Stylish for Tween
Took me four hours to assemble by my self. That includes about 30 minutes of rework because I wasn't pressing attention to the instructions. Packing was solid, parts smartly organized, and instructions clear enough. Only gave four stars as I received two part Os and no part N. This means no monitor mount, a key feature of the bed.

No directions provided for assembly no customer service number. Amazon provided incorrect customer service number so stuck with a pile of metal pieces and no bed for my 8 year old.

Great bed!!
Not the easiest to put together. Definitely need two people. And invest in a ratcheting Allen key set. My son loves it though. Very sturdy as well.
