yes,i refrigerate any open bottles of any sauce,so i do not know what P F Chang's suggest,,mine is in the frige,,its lovely on all pork,chicken as a marinade or to drizzle over a noodle dish,rice dish or veggies,,,love this sauce!

Is this the same sause that the potstickers come with?

I don't believe so,,i use Yoshidos terriyaki for potstickers,,i prefer that and use it also for marinade; this PF changs is also good for marinade or stir fry,but potstickers are a whole different texture,,it may work,,everyones taste is different,,i do not like duck sauce on my potstickers,,let us all know what you feel please
