Becoming one of my favorite preworkouts. Get good focus, endurance during workouts, very good tasting formulas. It has been very effective in helping me get the best pumps with little to no side effects.

I recently had the pleasure of trying ALPHA LION's Superhuman Extreme pre-workout formula after trying a bunch of misses in a row, and let me tell you, it's nothing short of exceptional. As someone who has been using pre-workout for years now and has built up quite a tolerance, I was blown away by this product's performance on multiple fronts. First and foremost, the taste of Superhuman Extreme is surprisingly good. It's often a challenge to find a pre-workout that not only delivers results but also goes down smoothly. The flavor is on point, making it a genuinely enjoyable experience to sip on before hitting the gym. This is a significant plus for anyone who hates the usual chalky taste of some pre-workouts. Now, onto the performance. Superhuman Extreme truly lives up to its name. The formula is potent and fast-acting, providing an intense surge of energy that's perfect for powering through even the most demanding workouts. This is particular impressive for me because, as I mentioned, I've been taking pre-workout almost daily for years. RIP my liver and kidneys. But, it's a testament to the product's effectiveness and potency. One of the standout features of this pre-workout is the absence of a crash. While some high-energy pre-workouts can leave you feeling drained or jittery afterward, I had steady energy throughout my workout and after. There were no unpleasant crashes or post-workout fatigue, which is a game-changer for maintaining productivity after the gym. This pre-workout is not for the faint of heart, but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs something strong for their workout.

Decent size for the money. Reputable company with a name lots of folks trust. Hits hard af 👌 Solid energy for a hard workout. It definitely works as intended. Really tasty. Zero carb, zero regular sugar. You can feel the niacin as soon as it makes it down your throat 😅 Only three minor complaints are that: 1)It doesnt always fully break down and mix well if the water is too cold. 2)Ingredients contain sucralose and red #40 3)Because it's so strong, it can make you vomit, especially when you first start taking it. Start with half a scoop the first few rounds if you have a sensitive digestive situation. 9v battery for scale in picture

I’ve been taking pre workout for years, and I have to say the taste on this one is good! It taste like a watermelon jolly rancher, my partner says it’s sour but to me it’s not. Some preworkout has this weird chemical taste plus it’s very chalky, but tbh this one mixes well and doesn’t have that taste. The ONLY PROBLEMS that I have are it’s very foamy when mixing it and it makes me burp a lot while working out, it’s probably a me thing but I would give this products a shot… especially the taste. Also the tingly goes away quick, 10 min into the workout I tend yo not fill it.

Great product and it does the job… extended release caffeine so I didn’t ever really feel a crash… I’ve tried a bunch of products over the years and this one is up there with the good ones.

Want to love it as it tastes great but the product is making me react really different vs other types of pre workouts ivetaken in the past. Instead of good pumps and focus mind like what a good pre workout caffeine boost mixture should do, I get really sweaty with more heart palpitations that is really uncomfortable with the 1 scoop. I've taken way more caffeine dosage that this before and this reaction is more akin to a Yohimbe or a strong fat burner. If there was actual pump, that would have been fine but basically it's a pre workout with all negative effects to me. I'll be switching back to my other pre workout brands as this makes me feel really unsafe.

I was a little skeptical after using a different preworkout since the company I’ve been using made V1 and now their on v4, I don’t think I can say the name with getting flagged but iykyk, every new one it got worse and worse to the point where I felt nothing but for whatever reason I continued to buy it. I decided to try something new and I am blown away. This dosnt upset my stomach at all, the caffeine lasts all day, I don’t need more energy drinks during the day. The watermelon is a little strong on the flavor like a concentrated jolly rancher. No jitters or feeling over stimulated, it’s fantastic. It’s expensive but worth it, I was paying 45+30x2 for my pre workout and energy drinks so this to me is saving almost 50% off my normal usage. I’m very pleased and will gladly reorder.
