Silhouette CAMEO PRO MK-II 24-Inch Vinyl Cutter Machine, Cuts up to 60 ft

The Silhouette Cameo Pro MK II (24 inch) is an amazing machine! I've worked with vinyl, leather, and paper, and it handles everything beautifully. I’ve owned several Silhouette machines, but this Pro version makes everything so much easier, faster, and quieter. It’s truly my favorite from the brand. I’m thinking about getting the stand for more comfort, but it works just fine on any table. Highly recommended! great PRice and al my cuts are really good. the only detail was the box didn’t come in the best condition.

I have not been able to get this machine to work properly since I purchased it. I have already had to send it in for service due to homing issues, and unfortunately, I am still experiencing problems after having it serviced. The machine now gets stuck while loading, does not consistently cut through the vinyl properly, and the AutoBlade is not adjusting to the correct depth. I have wasted a significant amount of vinyl and materials while troubleshooting these issues, along with countless hours trying to get the machine to operate correctly. For a machine that is marketed for precision cutting, I have found it to be unreliable and inaccurate. The lack of durability and ongoing mechanical issues have made this a very frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. I expected a much more reliable and accurate machine, and unfortunately, this one has not met those expectations.

Very nice cutter enjoy the larger size for doing larger projects. The silhouette cameo is easy to setup and navigate for designs with a easy to follow along app for use.

This vinyl cutter is great. I have been using it to create vinyl for advertising a business on our company vehicles and it is awesome. The software is easy to use and the cutter is top notch. I ordered the stand for it which I recommend if you want to use roll vinyl, makes it so much easier. Would recommend for anyone wanting a nice professional cutter at a great price.

I am giving it a 4 only because I spent the entire day trying to use this machine for my business. It was difficult getting support, and the videos were not detailed enough. I just could not get it to cut, not one label. I use Cricut, so I'm not completely new to this type of thing. I don't know if it was me or the machine itself, but I followed the videos step by step. Another issue I had is it did not come with any instructions inside the box. I might have been able to use it had it come with a printed instruction book. I'm a school teacher, so I do know how to read and follow instructions. Sorry for the low rating, it could be me but I cannot say either way because there were not instructions,

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is crap. Had it since March and it has loads of issues. Doesn’t cut randomly, issues with software, etc. it has issues everywhere you look and the customer service is non-existent. We’ve been back and forth several times with emails. They don’t even read the issues I explain because they have me troubleshoot test that don’t apply. They sent a new test and some calibration page. More issues. Issues hasn’t had before. It’s been such a frustration and the customer service is so terrible I feel like tossing this whole dang machine in the trash. Profession version it is not. It’s a major business set back! Do not buy this! Never have I had to write such a review. I wouldn’t have done it had this whole ordeal been so frustrating. So much material has been wasted with its issues and their tests. Why can’t they just send me a new one already. This one clearly is massively defective. Issues since day one! Day one! You get such an insane run around with them while trying to have a business and their slow responses it’s taken until now, since March, just to still get nowhere. Buy anything else!

Great for larger projects. Excellent connection to both Mac and pc. Would highly recommend.
