USELESS, ONCE PIN LOCKED, FORGET IT!
If there is anywhere more stupid piece, I will give my arm, lol. If you set up pin, you are done, there is no way changing it. you need pin to enter settings to disable it. If you added recovery email, you will get reset pin, without it, its just big piece of junk. Dont even think about buying second hand one..etc. without the pin is absolutely useless. Talked to Hp support, and they said the same, its a "flow" , I am guessing done on purpose, so you cant borrow it to someone lese, sell it..etc. STAY AWAY from this junk!

Lo devolví, no cumple porque no se actualiza el software y no se puede trabajar……ya hace 37 días que solicité la devolución y no me han reembolsado

The kids love the Sprocket!
I feel like this machine has been worth it's price tag! Obviously the need to continue buying the printer paper can get high in cost, but the machine itself is great! It is truly easy to use, easy to connect to the internet and the children (at our church) really enjoy the selfies!

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
This was literally the worst purchase to date. The software is very substandard, and no upgrades are available. EXTREMELY slow printing when it actually prints. The program would "appear" to be user-friendly, but absolutely is not! If this is sitting on a tabletop, the angle of the lens is pointed towards the ceiling and is NOT angled towards the subjects to be photographed. If hanging on a wall, maybe it will work, but I never could hang it on the door because of the layout of the room. Requires a connection to the internet to fully function and generate a QR code. I would NEVER recommend this system to anyone. It is EXTREMELY frustrating, and tech support is nonexistent. Sadly, I did not use this immediately after purchase and when I finally did use it, the time to return it was already past. Otherwise, this would have gone back in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this machine. You will regret it. Invest your money into a better setup.
