It's the only gun I chew. It's soft but not so much that it sticks in your teeth. Flavor lasts a long time.

Plain chewing gum
I enjoy the flavor, not sure if it's as helpful as it says. More of a placebo. Ordered more than once. This last time, one of the packs was completely un usable as it was so sticky and mushy (the stick of gum) I ended up throwing away the entire pack.
