Great dresser!Took 4 hours to make with two people. Not because it was hard or complex. It’s just a lot of screws/dowels etc you have to place. You absolutely need a power drill. You can’t really mess this up though. The directions are very easy to understand. Just don’t assume a pattern once you start putting similar things together. Read a little ahead to make sure you don’t have to undo anything. Every single piece was there in one package, no damage, all screws etc plus extra.The manual states on the first inner page that there are two packages coming. This is not true. It’s all on one.My biggest piece of advice is to READ WHAT DRAWERS GO IN WHAT DRAWER SLOT. I assumed the drawers were interchangeable IF they were the same size and they are NOT. It’s fairly difficult to get out if you put the wrong one in even through that all looks exactly the same. The brackets are such a minor difference on some of the drawers so again, do not plug them in to any spot for this particular dresser. Check which drawer goes in what slot.Other than that, this was no headache to make, just tedious but VERY STURDY and heavy (126lbs). Big piece of furniture for sure. It will last years. Add some felt on the bottom for easy moving if you have hardwood.

This is a great dresser. The product is exactly as described. It arrived early. The product was very well packaged. The pieces were separated by styrofoam leaving no room for movement in the shipping box. Also had foam supports for each of the container corners and manufactured veneer? along the sides. Also had a few extra screws. It included a screwdriver and glue. Awesome! Instructions were easy to follow. Looks great in my master closet.

It looks just like the picture, and I really do like it. The reason it is not 5 Stars is because a few of the holes did not line up when assembling and because of some of the instructions. And, actually, none of those holes were important to the structure. For the panel on the back, the holes were fine on the top but across the bottom, we could only get part of them in. The back of it is against a wall so that turned out not to matter, but it is a flaw.I was concerned the doors on the front were not going to be correct because the directions showed screwing in the brackets on the cabinet before on the door itself and that did not work. Once we did it the only way you could get them on and they were on the cabinet, they were fine. I do hate undoing something I already did, and we had to take those brackets off the cabinet and redoing it a different way than they instructions said.When it first arrived, the instructions were one of the last things I had taken out of the box, so everything else was out of the box. On the first page inside it says there should be TWO boxes, in two deliveries with two separate tracking numbers. I decided to see what is missing and in the (supposed, it turns out) second box that we did not receive so I checked in all the parts. They were all there - in only the one box. So, a tiny aggravation for nothing.

We were in need of temporary furniture for our redone bedroom. We saw these pieces and thought the price was good and the style looked like a good fit for our new room. Products arrived and went together quite easily. The quality was far better than what we were expecting for this price. Sturdy and solid, the pieces are not flimsy in the least. And they actually look better than the images here (not that they are bed pictures at all). Drawers slide in and out easily. And there ended up actually being more storage that we counted on — so, it's super functional.We did have one unfortunate shipping incident (it looks like the fault of the delivery company). But this company could not have been better to work with, they quickly righted the issue. I would highly recommend anything this company has to offer.

FOREVER to assemble but was very simple!My biggest suggestions are to set all of the different pieces in piles of the same number, follow directions closely, and USE A DRILL. Do not rely on the screwdriver given, there are way too many screws for that. Also, even if it seems like common sense, at the end make sure the drawers are properly sitting in the sliding mechanisms otherwise they won’t close properly. I thought I built it wrong but I just had to set them in better.I assembled a lot of it, like the drawers, on my bed while standing to save my back. It still took a few hours.Overall it’s exactly what I was looking for and I’m really happy with it.

I purchased multiple items from this seller. I accidentally ordered one version of the night stands and meant to order another. Within a 2 hour timeframe (after noticing my mistake in my Amazon confirmation email), I attempted to cancel the order. Keep in mind that this is in the middle of the night when no one was open. The seller refused the cancellation. They didn't ship the item until 4:30PM the next day and Fed Ex didn't get it until the following day. That would give a seller plenty of time to accept a cancellation.When I reached out regarding a return, I was regretfully informed sure - but you pay a $130/item shipping fee - the item only cost me $100 each. The seller claimed that they make little profit and could not burden the return shipping costs. When I questioned how they could have afforded to ship the item to me to begin with, they dodged my questions. I could not get any straight answers from their customer support.At the end of the day, all they offered me was a $25 credit towards a $1,700 total order off merchandise - all because they hid behind Amazon 'policies' regarding shipping - which I found out is within 24 hours of the purchase they have to ship the item. They made it sound like instantanously.The items were okay - instructions were decent and quality was just okay. For the price paid, they were not horrible; but the seller's customer service approach leaves a lot to desire.If you can somehow find these items from another seller, take that route. Avoid this seller if you can!
