Excellent quality. Just a shame mine came with a potentially broken SIM card tray. Just waiting on new SIM card to arrive to be certain.

While owning an android phone (HTC Sensation 4g) I found myself missing my previous smartphone (blackberry curve 8520) so I decided to purchase this unlocked blackberry torch in white and am very pleased with my decision. The phone is awesome. I haven't experienced any lag when using it and playing games and the screen is gorgeous. I expected the keyboard to take some getting use to but nope, perfect keyboard as is expected from RIM. The camera works well and while the app world may not have as many apps as other operating systems, I have not had any problems finding apps that I need. Definitely recommend this phone to anyone wanting a blackberry. I am using it on T-Mobile and was surprised to see T-Mobile apps automatically appear in my menus.

Terrible!! I received phone on time, however the language was default to Spanish witch i was unaware of, then I managed to get back to English and tried to insert sim card and it doesn't recognise any sim cards. I tried several networks and still nothing. I took it to a specialist, just for them to tell me the sim card reader is broken and the cost to fix it would be more than the phone itself! Will never use this seller again!
