Not really great for cracking your back but if you’re using it for yoga it’s honestly good. I had bought it to help crack my back but was disappointed it didn’t really work. Definitely get it if your going to use it for yoga, it’s easy to use and adjust.

Horrible, painful, flimsy… I was so excited to get this. Read through all the directions, which I followed precisely. The first problem was that the plastic connection where the rods meet digs into your back painfully. And yes, I used the correct side. Then, once the arms are looped over the rods, any slightest movement stops it from being +shaped to x or even i. In short, it’s a complete waste of money. Now I understand why it dropped from the $30 I paid to $22. Too much even at that price for what you get.

As far as posture goes it works pretty good, My issue was with shipment (not Amazon) they delayed the shipment and told me it would be a day late, no big deal I thought, then they delayed it again by a day, then I got it but it came a day earlier (doh)! The shipping box was crushed on one end and when I opened the box the manufacturing box was open and the item didn’t even fit in box! I then was missing the booklet and a rubber band I guess. The item I find does work for me, thanks to you tube, so I probably would not order again and talk to my shipping department!!

For working an office job, this is a great addition to my stretching breaks. For people with pain issues, I would recommend to start gradual with this product, as it really provides a nice deep stretch of the spine when held for a few minutes. Nice storage as well as it closes up to a sleek slender shape. Appreciate the strap as well.
