Another wonderful great product for me & I have several stomach issues, nervous stomach, slow digestion issues & IBS W/ constipation and this product help get me through my day without all the gassy & bloating & cramps from eating a regular meal. KUDDOS to the Dr.formulas company for making such great products. I sure hope others can get relief as I have. It's not too expensive but yet gets the job done, very good value. And I have better energy when my foods digest properly. High quality ingredients that are specific for stomach issues and a mix of other health issues

Use them regularly. This product helps me. I think it keeps the acid reflux under control too.

I don't take these religiously, but, whenever I eat a meat or veggie that I haven't had in a long time, I try to take one of these immediately before or after. I suspect, over time, my gut flora get used to my generally fairly restrictive diet, so, when I eat a meat not normally in my diet (e.g. beef) or a significant amount of a vegetable that I usually only have in small amounts (e.g. cucumber, mushrooms, kidney beans, etc.) I usually get a stomach ache and often enough gas to require a re-draft of the Green New Deal. But, if I take one of these enzyme pills during any of my off-diet meals, all of these negative effects are reduced or removed (although I still have to deal with the cholesterol, carbohydrates, and calories myself ;) Seems to be good stuff!

March 2026 Update - My family still uses these daily. I've also started using a GLP1 and these enzymes help with digestion. Great product, still recommend! My family has used these for about 2 years now, maybe a little longer based on the number of bottles purchased. We love this product! It works well to help with digestion of meal, especially large meals or spicy/acid foods. Recently started a Glp1 journey and using these to support digestion and avoid constipation. Highly recommend!!

I use these digestive enzymes every day before meal, as I am recovering from digestive issues. It has helped me in multiple ways, and I’m grateful for this. And helped with my digestion. I don’t have stomach pains after eating. I just leave it out and it’s easy to remember to take. So far I enjoy it and I’ve been taking it for a week paired with probiotics

*You should not take these if you have celiac or food allergies just so you can eat gluten, or a known food allergen* I bought these after having suffered with IBS for many years. I have been on a self-imposed gluten and dairy free diet for the past seven years. It worked well up until recently, when my symptoms came back. After doing some research, I started taking a probiotic to heal my gut but it wasn’t enough. I found a review here that said a mans wife who suffered from IBS could now eat anything she wanted as long as she takes one of these beforehand. I was pretty skeptical, but I figured-hey!, I have nothing to lose. After four months of taking these, I can now eat pretty much everything I want without stomach upset. I still have a flare up on occasion, but I don’t have the stomach pain I used to get every time I ate. I am truly amazed! I am enjoying foods that I thought I would never eat again. The only downside is I wish I could get more than 60 capsules in a bottle. I take three a day, so I need to order more than one bottle at a time. Other than that, I can’t say enough about these little miracles. Your mileage may vary.

Do I think this product works? Yes, I've noticed substantial improvement in my digestion. I take Metformin XR and these enzymes helped me tolerate my meds without fear of the famous "disaster pants". Unfortunately I have to rate this very low because the capsules have a super strong and HORRIBLE smell (and taste) that makes me gag and ruins the meals I take them with. I've opened the capsules and poured the contents in food, but there is a lingering scent and taste I just can't get past. I've had to give up on them. Since no one else seems to have commented on the smell and taste, I'm wondering if I got a bad batch of capsules. Regardless, I will be trying another brand.

Ate half the bottle but not willing to wait 30 days for these pills to start working, wouldn't recommend. But the ones I do take seem to be a whole lot more powerful and working strength than these but they also cost a bunch more money than these do.
