Just as described, rechargeable (red light-charging, green light-charged), motion sensor, and dimmable with an auto, on, off switch. Well-made and easy to install, it takes less than a minute with the adhesive, which works great - no need to use screws. It can be used as a flashlight; simply remove the light - the adhesive and magnets stay in place. Since the back of the light has a magnet, it's simple to put it back in place.
