Good product
I bought it to address vitamin Deficiency. I have not checked my blood work after taking yet. I take 10,000 IU. These pills are easy to take it. I like how it is in coconut oil and not some seed oils. The price is good. I will keep buying.

Good stuff, tiny capsules, 500 day supply !
Just had bloodwork and my Vit D levels are so low, the Doc said to take 5000 units. That’s how I came to searching and decided on Micro Ingredients m they had a good reviews and the value is great . The baggy is also awesome, saves plastic .There are 500 tiny liquid capsules and the dose is one a day . I couldn’t be happier with the ease of taking these . Only the next blood test will tell if they work . But so far I totally recommend.

Great deal for quality vitamins
Great quality vitamin for a great price. These vitamin d supplements are super effective and have helped to raise my levels as wanted. They do not leave a taste in your mouth and are so easy to swallow. They are also very small and easy to take. Super impressed with the quality and quantity.
