this is a letter opener not a knife. It is not sharp, just pointy. the blade was poorly ground with uneven plunge lines and an edge that needed reshaping to even approach sharp. The knife appears to be poorly tempered stainless steel. the finish on the blade and handle is easily worn off. I really hoped for a better product at this price range. The only positive is the sheath is very well made and seems to retain the letter-opener well.

Nice product, comes able to pierce. Sides are not sharp, but you can sharpen it.

Cool looking knife/ letter opener but it came dull so expect to have to sharpen it yourself.

This is a letter opener, it is basically a kind of trash. You would be better off defending yourself with a butter knife. Its very pointy, so what. Terrible quality compared to almost every other knife, ever.

I would have given the blade a 5 start rating. However the clip broke after about 20 mins trying to best place it on my kit

Not sure the knife contains any s45vn anywhere not sure where the knife comes from I bought this one hoping it would be as advertised but I'm not so sure it's good for what it's meant for regardless of blade material it's meant as puncturing tool and not suited for cutting
