My 13 year old cocker spaniel was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea this summer when he started coughing. His cough got even worse when ragweed pollen is high. These cough drops really seem to help him a lot and he even likes the taste. Now, I only have to give him the hydrocodone if his cough won’t stop (which hasn’t happened in several weeks). He has been sleeping comfortably throughout the night. I also got him a blend of mushroom powder (for dogs) and he has been running around again. He’s not really supposed to be running, but he’s just so happy and not coughing much! So, if your dog has been diagnosed with a collapsed trachea, I would definitely give this a try!!

It is fall which means an increase in dog allergies and dog respiratory diseases. Last night around midnight, my puppy started coughing so harshly she was coughing up flem, her body was racked with coughs and making noises which sounded very painful. No one wants their furbaby to be in pain. We spent most of the night in the bathroom with a hot shower to try and alleviate her pain and I found this on amazon.
