For us, the best remedy combo during allergy or sinus season has been seasonal local honey paired with this spray — that combination works incredibly well. I’ll be honest: it can burn a bit sometimes, especially if your sinuses are already irritated. I’ve found that angling the spray slightly inward instead of straight up makes a big difference and helps reduce the burning. When it does sting, I honestly just take it as a sign that it’s doing its job. The mist is fine, easy to use, and much more effective for us than basic saline sprays. Helps Clear My Sinuses & Stay That Way!
When I follow the recommended dosage of 5 sprays in each nostril, it opens my sinuses up and keeps them open for sometimes the entire day! And I love that it’s gentle enough it can be used several times a day!

Give them allergies a kick in the butt
Oh yeah I was skeptical about this it was referred to by a friend but damn it actually works and my allergies are not close to what they were prior to using it. I’m curious about the long-term usage. I still got a little sniffle but not as bad
