If I forget to use it for a few days, I definitely notice a difference. For us, the best remedy combo during allergy or sinus season has been seasonal local honey paired with this spray — that combination works incredibly well. I’ll be honest: it can burn a bit sometimes, especially if your sinuses are already irritated. I’ve found that angling the spray slightly inward instead of straight up makes a big difference and helps reduce the burning. I bought this for my husband after he had been dealing with year-round congestion, sneezing, and sniffing for years. We’ve tried different things over time, but nothing seemed to make much of a difference.
