Great socks for the price, keep feet warm and dry. Only issue is top does not grip tight enough to keep water out if fully submerged.

I wish I had known about these socks earlier because they really are waterproof! We get a lot of mud and rain at our barn and these socks protect my feet from getting wet, which is wonderful!

I bought these for a hike that was going to entail crossing the Big Sur River , which I anticipated would be at ankle depth. It was actually at knee depth, so water came into the boots and over the top of the socks so that both the inside and outside of the socks got wet and had to be wrung out like a wet dishrag. Carried a spare set of socks so no big deal . Will be looking into high boot covers for the next similar outing.

Actually waterproof worked great

Item much too large. Returned within two days of receipt in original packaging with tags attached. Requested Amazon refund to account. Dropped at UPS, have receipt.Instead of refund within 2-4 hours, I am now in a status of “return delayed” with a month out refund date!”

On the package it tells you not to dry the waterproof socks in the dryer. I did just that thinking I had ruined the socks but I put the sock on my hand and ran it under the water and my hand stayed dry. I will know better next time just in case I’m not so lucky the second time!
