Not a great flavor if you dont like beer
It's not horrible but the brewers yeast makes it taste beer-y to hide that flavor I mix in an equal amount of chocolate Ovaltine. The malted flavor definitely helps. Otherwise the product seems to be helping my supply as it has doubled since I started drinking it three weeks ago

Milk would have dried up a lot earlier without this.
A really feel this had a positive improvement on my milk production, as an underproducer this helped me keep my milk going longer than it should have, drink everyday with oat milk. If making cold, would add a bit of off boiling / 80degree water to mix then add cold milk and ice. So easy to drink. Also added it to sunflower seed protein powder.

Yummy and I’m sure it probably works
Tastes delicious and love that it’s healthy too. I can’t say for certain it’s what helps but I have maintained a great supply 3 months in. I also use this by putting it into my own version of lactation cookies (reducing the additional sugar and cocoa powder accordingly). Pray I continue to maintain my supply for much longer!

Worked but tastes bad!
Definitely increased my milk supply. However I do not enjoy drinking it, hot is horrible. Cold is OK if you add some vanilla protein powder. Most importantly though it did increase my supply so even if you just have to neck it, it's worth it.

No milk supply help
Disappointed with the taste, its bitter and just doesnt taste good at all in my opinion. I suggest if u wanna try this but dont like it, mix it with the Horlicks hot chocolate or any other brand. Also, doesnt really help milk supply, its a lie.
