I feel like this machine has been worth it's price tag! Obviously the need to continue buying the printer paper can get high in cost, but the machine itself is great! It is truly easy to use, easy to connect to the internet and the children (at our church) really enjoy the selfies!

This was literally the worst purchase to date. The software is very substandard, and no upgrades are available. EXTREMELY slow printing when it actually prints. The program would "appear" to be user-friendly, but absolutely is not! If this is sitting on a tabletop, the angle of the lens is pointed towards the ceiling and is NOT angled towards the subjects to be photographed. If hanging on a wall, maybe it will work, but I never could hang it on the door because of the layout of the room. Requires a connection to the internet to fully function and generate a QR code. I would NEVER recommend this system to anyone. It is EXTREMELY frustrating, and tech support is nonexistent. Sadly, I did not use this immediately after purchase and when I finally did use it, the time to return it was already past. Otherwise, this would have gone back in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this machine. You will regret it. Invest your money into a better setup.

First and foremost, this does not come with much internal storage or the ability to expand the memory. The photo booth is nice but I did expect clearer pictures for the price. I ordered the bundle with the case specifically for the ability to sling it over my shoulder while carrying many items. It does not in fact have the sling strap, or in the picture, backpack type sling. It only has a handle at the top. I am disappointed that the picture is misleading in regards to the strap.

Ordered the bundle, and as soon as it arrived it was clear it had been used and resealed. Booting it up there were images present, the software was in a different language and an account was registered. No real blemishes, so I simply factory reset and moved on. The problem is, the device's software is just trash. It's super slow (as are the prints) and buggy. It kept asking me to install an update and it kept failing. It won't generate QR codes for people to share, and often gives wifi errors. Tapping the wifi button usually gives you a black screen forcing you to hard restart it. Not worth it for the price.

I love this. I used at my first party and it was a big hit with kids and adults

It does not have a good print quality. It is also very slow to print. I did not receive my film or carrying case.
