On my second bottle. This brought my Vitamin D from 32 to 56 in only two months! I am very happy and love that it has MK-7 as K2 and in a good dosage for the amount of Vit D. They do smell kind of weird and they are large pills but easy to swallow. They taste like nothing if you take them with water. Not badly priced in comparison.
