It requires 120V electricity to work
While it's a good product on its own, please note that it required a 120V electric grid. I returned it for that reason and because I have a big family, so the small amount of yogurt it can make are not enough for me.

Item is NOT for UAE!
Item is defective - when we checked upon delivery was ok, but when switched on for use after a week it exploded and smelled burned inside!! It turned out it’s not designed for use in UAE - only in USA due to socket voltage difference

Good to know
I made L reuteri yogurt. Not getting the best batches. Not sure if it is because we have warmer temperatures in South Africa. Still playing around with the temperature and time. Temperature is in Fahrenheit degrees and not degrees Celsius. I would recommend getting the container instead of the jars. Easier to wash and sterilize.
