Cordless Hedge Trimmer for Makita 18V Battery, Electric Bush Trimmer

Very happy with this trimmer. The battery life is excellent. I used it for about 75 minutes and still had 3 of 4 bars left with a 6 amp Makita battery. One feature I really like is the rotating trigger handle. It easily rotates to accommodate your different cutting positions (nice feature). It cuts nicely and is fairly light weight. The only negative is that it is a little noisy.

Love it!!! Works great with my batteries. Easy to store . Batteries are long lasting.

Liked it. Light and ez to handle. Haven't tried the extension, yet.

Very handy trimmer and uses the same Makita batteries I already have. Been using it on various bushes and cuts easily.

The trimmer worked well. However, there was a missing screw to secure the back-of-blade clipping deflector. The vendor informed me it would take a month to replace the screw (I guess it was to be shipped by a slow boat from China) and recommended that I return the product to Amazon. I did, though that was a chore. No more Zuyiyi for me, Louie (after a defective Zuyiyi pruner).

This was my first attempt at serious hedge trimmer use. The first one had to be returned because the holes for the safety guard were stripped. I ordered a replacement and used it a few days ago. It works like a champ, No problems with it and there were some pretty stout shrubs I had to trim. I do notice some significnt wearing of some of the teeth. We'll see how that effects the longevity of this trimmer.
