JBL is my go too! I have another I use as well I bought this one for the pool, paddle boarding & hiking. It’s small enough but packs a punch for sound quality! It was definitely a good buy & happy to have it to protect the speaker.

Great sound and great value.

First, this is a nice item that is well made and is well designed for fit. Well designed to fit the JBL 4 and allow easy access to all buttons, indicators and plug. Carabiner attaches to JBL4 cord loop for added versatility (Admittedly, I replaced the included carabiner with a larger, locking one to meet my personal needs). The case does not seem to affect the music quality. For $15, its cheap insurance for a bump or jar damaging the speaker, particularly since the JBL4 is intended to be used in a variety of outdoor activity settings, e.g. biking, 4 wheeling, golf, poolside, etc.
