Great product, I put this in the garage and use it daily. It was definitely worth the buy. I can get my car projects done so much more quickly.

Very nice lift. Have had my grand Cherokee, X3, and 330i on it so far and no problems at all. The instructions are good, convert the metric to inches and round up to the nearest inch. Measure from back side of the plates and it will set up perfectly. To dial in your lift left and right put some weight on it then let it all the way back down then evenly tighten the cables. I did this by hand going till there was even resistance on both sides repeated a few times and it lifts and locks perfectly even. I did not use the supplied anchors. I went to home Depot and got a box of redhead 3/4 anchors it takes 10 of them so one box will do.

I got my lift almost nine months ago. I just got around to cutting out the thinner floor in my garage and pouring 10” of new concrete. After giving it sufficient time to cure I scheduled a local business to install it. Once done, they tested it. It went up but didn’t come down. They told me it must be a bad lowering valve, packed up their tools and left me hanging. I wasn’t about to leave it that way, so I used four ratchet straps to pull it down. That took about an hour. After some research, I learned that there was a valve on the pump motor that I could turn CCW to speed up the rate it comes down. Loosened the retaining nut, and used a hex wrench to give two full turns of the adjustment nut/ bolt. Came down nicely with no load and that gives me a starting point to fine tune the descent rate. I hope this helps somebody. Overall very happy now. Four stars for no mention of that in the instructions.

It was pretty self explanatory on the assembly. The instructions are a very poor English translation but you don’t need them anyway. I did buy normal concrete anchors rather than use the ones that came with it cause they are weird… but again it was super easy to put together and wire up. Stand it up, get your distance with base plate, level the masts with the shims, anchor the masts, move the baseplate, raise the lifters up to the first click, run cables and level them, run hydraulic line that connect masts, put motor/pump on, connect hydraulic line from pump to cylinder, wire it up, fill up reservoir with 2.5 gallons of fluid, put base plate back on, and fire it up.

Product came with no installation instructions. A skid steer for delivery is required. I tried my tractor with forks, that was a no go. The thing looks like it will work.

The company is easy to work with and the installation was easy. No questions on how it all went together since they had most of it assembled to a point that was easy to understand my need to finish assembly. Includes assembly and installation instructions. I called to get some additional truck extension and the company sent them very quickly (added cost for more extensions - comes with 4). As with some of the rubber padded lift arms, my F250 Super Duty would slip too often so I manufactured 4 saddles from some scrap brackets to hold the truck frame from slipping. Love the lift and love the company! Would highly recommend.

I've had this lift for about a year and it's been great. I've put a 2012 2500HD on it raised it almost all the way up and left it over night with no problem. I will definitely buy another one.
