So far so good!
So far these have changed my and my husband's gut already! We have had better appetite management, feel less bloated, and seem to have more energy. They are easy to swallow too.

Good product
I was put on a VERY powerful antibiotic and when I was finished I had to have probiotic and prebiotic therapy. This akkermansia has helped greatly with that. I used it as suggested by my doctor and I was very happy with it.

Makes a noticeable difference quickly
I expect long-term benefits from supplements, which makes it noteworthy when I respond immediately to one. For digestion this supplement is generally tonic, but the big response has been my elevated energy level. I didn't expect that from a probiotic.

No problems with the seller and product is OK.
Decided to try this product because akkermansia is supposed to be good for the microbiome and the price was very good. It did cause a little gas and bloating, but not too bad. If you are constipated, it will pretty much correct that issue. Didn't cause loose bowels for me tho. Not sure the product is appropriate for everyone so do some research before you try it. It's probably not something I will take every day.

Consistent product
I’ve tried others that upset my stomach but this brand does not. After using it a couple months, I totally noticed my appetite decline where I fill up faster. My “poo quality “ has also improved along with better regularity. I didn’t have much weight to lose but without really trying, I’m down about 17 lbs. since I began using akkermansia. I am 69 years old, previously convinced I’d never lose weight again.

My stools smell like they did when I was young and healthy
I'm only 2 weeks in since I started. I take it with my regular scoop of prebiotic (Chicory Root, Acacia Fiber, Inulin & Soluble Fibers) + 8 oz of plain, unsweetened cultured low-fat milk kefir. Sometimes I pour the powder from the capsules into the shake and mix. The gelatin capsules dissolve pretty quickly in your mouth. It doesn't matter how you take it. After a week, I noticed my stools smell like they did when I was young and healthy - they smell normal. I'm taking that as the biggest sign that the Akkermansia Probiotic works. I haven't noticed any joint benefits or weight loss, but I'm only 2 weeks. I ended up getting a subscription for it.
