Yes it has a sturdy zip lock case

I have found upon trying to open these when hard to open, my prying can damage the edge where the seal should begin to seal. Also when it won’t open quickly, easily my widening the opening too harshly/too hard, can cause that same location to tear.

I do not have trouble closing the seal on these plastic holders. The seal is tight, but I open and close them all the time.
