Green Pan is a Great Pan!
Green Pan has a great reputation. Nice size for single cooking or a multi-meal in a pan. They will last a long time if you never use metal metal utensils. One scratch and it's the beg. of the end. Washes easily. Food slides right off onto the plate. Nice in the Blue color.

I use mine for low heat, cooking mostly and love it
Have owned green pans over the years. They are excellent for me for low heat cooking. Extremely nonstick can make the perfect omelette in one.

Egg and omelette cooking
I only used it once to fry an egg and following instructions the egg came out perfectly.. It’s all about initial heat.

So happy I bought these pans!
I love them. I replaced my dented and scratched pans with these pans. I bought them as Used on Amazon Outlet and got a great price. They didn't come with lids but the lids from my old pans fit. They heat up fast and stay hot so I had to learn to use much less oil and cook at lower temperatures. They clean up so easily! Now if I can find a good deal on some Green Pan pots.

Horrible pans
These pans are horrible. after 1 month of use, they developed tiny nicks all over the surface. I notified the company and was told that is expected. The surface looks terrible, discolored, and nicked. I am very disappointed in the quality and the durability of these pans. I do not cook on high heat, only medium or low; I only use butter or a tablespoon of butter, never cooking spray; I don't place them in the dishwasher; I only clean them by hand with soap and water. Never place them in the oven, yet they are not durable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. I am going to order All Clad to replace these. A horrendous waste of money!

Nice and light wash well but the chemical smell lingered so I will replace them. I was looking for non toxic
