Nice bleach.

I wasn't expecting it to work so fast. It is strong, but still left a little orange. Definitely plan on using a toner.

Happy with product, I had a hard time understanding the two after dye product but used it at the end of dyeing hair and used my home conditioner after as well. My hair feels nice and conditioned not dry.

Love this product

I bleach and dye my hair at home pretty frequently and am always looking for the best option for bleach in particular. This bleach kit has great lift, though I had a couple small complaints. I have short hair, just above shoulder length and an undercut but my hair is very dense so this single box was just enough to fully cover my hair. If you have hair longer than shoulder length, I would probably recommend getting two boxes. My first issue was when I had to empty the "boost" packet into the bottle. The "boost" is a powder, which meant it was a little difficult to dump from a plastic pouch into a plastic bottle with such a small mouth. I guess if the "boost" is optional it makes sense, but I feel there may be a better way to add it to the bottle because I spilled more than I would have liked. Adding the other tube to the bottle was no issue and they mixed up very easily. Applying the bleach mixture, it felt a bit thin at first. However, I got pretty good coverage and only had a bit of dark roots remaining on the underside, due to the density of my hair and my own rough technique. My hair was a mixture of medium brown roots with unevenly faded blue and purple. I bleached over the entire length of my hair with all those colors and was left with a pretty consistent blonde plus some pale blue-ish towards the ends where the purple hadn't faded quite as much. From my previous experiences, this will be just fine for my next dyeing. I've also had some issues with my hair being "gummy" after bleaching in this past year, but I had no such issues after using this. The after bleaching packets were very thick and a light purple color to help with any brassiness, though I didn't check my hair before and after applying so I can't comment on how well it may have helped. I was surprised that one packet was enough to get good coverage on my hair, since conditioner is usually pretty hard to work in to my hair. Overall, I'm very happy with this bleach kit and would use it again.

Great bleach

I really wanted to use this, I was looking forward to reducing the look of the grey in my hair. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the 24 hr advance patch test. I gave it 3 stars as I'm sure it's me and maybe not the fault of the bleach. I've only had a reaction to hair dye once before and it was decades ago.
