What activities are these gloves best for?

They’re ideal for skiing, snowboarding, mountaineering, and professional guiding in cold, wet, and demanding alpine environments.

Do the liners come out?

Yes. The insulated liners are removable, making the gloves easier to dry and more versatile for multi-day trips or changing conditions.

Are these gloves waterproof?

Yes. They feature a fully waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX insert that blocks snow and moisture while allowing heat and sweat to escape.

Are the Guide Gloves good for extreme cold?

Yes. They’re Black Diamond’s warmest ski gloves, built with heavy insulation, boiled wool liners, and fleece lining to keep hands warm in very cold, wet mountain conditions.

How do I choose the correct size for the Guide Gloves?

Please refer to the size chart for measuring instructions. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. The cuff has a slightly snug fit, but the gloves fit the hand comfortably and securely once on.
