Life saver
I don’t like to waste water bottles, this holds enough water and easy to fill it up, we leave in the counter and it doesn’t take too much space, filter last couple months, good price, and it’s tasteless.

Mystery particles in water
After a couple months of use I started getting these chunks of something in my water. I accidentally swallowed one when chugging water and now I check every glass I pour. No idea what it could be but it’s in almost every glass of water. Return window is closed now so I can’t return. Super disappointed.

Super slow spout
I love this brand, I just can’t love this product. Why have a water dispenser this big if the spout is so slow? As a mom of littles I really don’t have time to stand there for three minutes to refill my water.

bad water
The water tasted horrible. all you could taste was whatever was in the filters. It suggests emptying two tanks out before using it. I emptied out four tanks and the water was still bad.
