Beautiful watch, but lost the ability to charge around 90 days.
Update: received replacement and back to loving it. When I received the watch, my mother loved it however, about 90 days into her using the watch it won't charge at all. My mother is retired and has not dropped the watch or neglected it at all. I tried using product support from the order page but it just is Amazon's AI bot. It really is a shame because, had the watched continued to work and continued to function properly at 90 days, this would be a 5 star product.

Messaging is inconsistent
I have mixed emotions about this watch...it is beautiful & for the most part works properly. The main thing I need a smartwatch for is to know when I have a message...I rarely get them pushed from my phone. Calls are fine, other features are fine, but the thing I really need it for...NOT! I have tried numerous things that have been suggested in the manual or the app, but nothing works to make the messages come to the watch consistently. I also wish the vibration was stronger...I have it on the highest setting, but if I am busy I rarely feel it. Wish I could find a solution to both.

Pretty, but...
This watch was great when I first got it, I have had it for a couple of weeks and now the battery doesn't even last a full day after charging for several hours. Another frustration is the metal turns my wrist green, that part really disappoints me. I really want to love this watch, but those two aspects are frustrating.

Love this!
I was told that these type of watches didn’t do much and were really just for aesthetics. Lies! Not only is it a pretty watch, it takes my blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate, menstrual cycle, sleep time, etc. the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there’s not a good variety of watch faces.
