Apple iPad Pro (1st Generation, 10.5-inch, 2017), 64GB, Wi-Fi, Rose Gold (Renewed)

I bought this as a replacement for an iPad that was broken beyond repair. It arrived suitably packaged and in such good condition that it looks like new. I will buy refurbished products whenever possible and I was not at all disappointed in this. It works perfectly, just like a new iPad.

This is Brilliant well worth the money (£99) it has a few scuffs on the back of it but that doesn’t matter as I will be putting a case on it so you won’t see any marks BRILLIANT.

Overall this is a great product. Battery life is fine but it takes several hours to charge from under 15%

Had this for over a week now and battery life seems good, all working as normal. I really like the product it is working well and I didn’t realise how light it was. It arrived in a rather small packaging which I was really surprised with. Definitely got a good deal on this.

Stay away from this seller. I received an iPad, the screen was literally falling off, the home button did not work and the screen was covered in scratches. None of this was in the description. They all claim they do checks before making the sales, I can guarantee they are not checking any of these devices based on what they sent me. Amazon are refusing a refund up to now.

Supplied in a brown box with limited protection. Charging and lead are not Apple so fairly minimalist on receipt. However unit was pristine and for the discount against the list price the lack of accessories and sophisticated packaging is a small concession. Having upgraded from an iPad Air this is just so much better in so many ways. Screen is clearer, motion smoother (a small but surprisingly satisfying improvement), split screen functionality is just so helpful, and the larger screen is appreciably beneficial all for much the same weight as the Air. Considered the 12” alternative but this was appreciably heavier. One minor irritation is the thinner bezel causes the screen to refresh sometimes as you accidentally trigger a response but this is countered if you have a case surround that can help to prevent this All in all why spend the full RSP when the reconditioned machine has the same warranty and is indistinguishable from a brand new iPad.

Item works fine but the on off switch is faulty so had to take it somewere local to fix which cost me more so not great

So far so good! Very nice condition. Looks pretty much as new.

Le ipad est vraiment parfais pas d égratignures, pas de poc. Au debut ai eu peur parce que quand j’ai voulu le charger il montais de 10% en 1h, j 'ai contacter plusieurs fois avec le vendeur et il m’a fait comprendre que je n’avais pas le bon bloc de chargeur. Donc sous c’est conseil j’ai acheter ce qui m’a recommander et a ma grande surprise il charge comme un 9 😊 si je pouvais donner plus d’étoiles j’en donnerais plus parce que le vendeur etait tout simplement gentil et aimable ,,, reponse rapide conseil precieux et vraiment très patient, je suis vraiment heureuse et comblée de mon achat et je le recommande fortement.

The iPad came in a generic box, packaged decently. As soon as I unwrapped the iPad I noticed a big dent right by the camera module. I inspected the rest of the iPad and noticed several chipped areas around the edges and bottom. The screen had a crack right below the fingerprint sensor. There were also generic accessories, which they stated may be the case. This wouldn't be a big deal if they were quality components. The cable was labeled Foxcon, and the shrouding over the lightning connector had already come off, leaving an exposed connector and dried glue. The included charger, had no labeling, but was only 2A output, so not even rated to match the original. Overall, not impressed. I didn't bother setting it up. It is immediately being sent back. I've given it one more shot and ordered a replacement. But if this is how quality control is done at amazon, and what they consider "looks like new" then I'm not expecting to be impressed the second time around.

Extremely pleased with this 10.5 - 256gb wifi Apple Pro iPad. This was my 1st experience with refurbished products and I would do so any time. This product arrived in generic packaging w/o any instruction guides etc. But his matters not bec@use the iPad has NO SIGNS OF PREVIOUS USE!! The screen is scratch free and the pixels are 100%. It runs smoothly with quick response- everything you’d like xpect from an Apple pro$uct without inflating pricing. If you’re looking for electronics I would definitely recommend researching refurbished products. I’m so glad that I did.
