What kind of metal are the sai ?

I believe they are chrome plated steel.

The sai's are not sharp, instead they are rounded with a blunt tip.

Is this has sharp point or edges? My kid need it for karate train but not sharp at all

It’s not sharp. It’s a slightly rounded at the tip.
