No customer service for colorbot products
No Product Service from Colorbot. Purchased product on May-2026 and my product stopped working from Aug-2026. Tried to reach customer service through emails and phone calls but there is no support from the team. Team doesn't respond to my calls or emails. Tried to book service through urban but no support to bldc fans from urban company. It's better to always purchase from reputed brands as we get immediate service support during warranty.

This is my replacement fan ... When we start the fan it suddenly start to stutter . Mostly it happens when we off the fan suddenly turn on again. It's very weird and I have wait to until it's completely the fan motion is done and then I can start again.This happens in new fan also... Other wise the speeds very good. Good air circulation!This one problem they need to address. Otherwise a good product
