It's a great item and they really thought well about the design. If you hold both ends with something attached to it, there is no way these things come loose, whichever movement you shake 'm in. However, if you pull on both ends just perfectly, they easily slide off. Now, realistically, I don't think this will ever happen on its own, but since it slides off that easily In that scenario, I gave it 4 stars. Mostly because the magnets are not strong enough to hold anything in place once it's able to slide. But, it does what it does and it does it well.

Significant improvement over the original. The dovetail joint attaching both halves together has prevented the same issue I had of the plastic housing cracking and breaking in the previous model. I bought one on its own 18months ago to test its quality so I've now bought a 3 pack because I've experienced none of the issues I had previously. Its impossible to reattach one handed because the magnets keep attracting before you can align the 2 halves correctly but its really not that big a deal so still 5 stars.

This magnetic quick release key holder is better than I expected. Magnets are stong enough to prevent accidental release and it just works!

Très efficace j'attache ma lampe de poche et un mini couteau à mon porte clef et ca tient super bien. Facile à détacher même à une main dans la poche. Pour le réattacher c'est plus compliqué il faut le faire à deux main mais c'est normal. Je recommande.
