Happy Viking Superfood Powder, Strawberry

Being a nurse I need energy out the door to fuel my mind, body and soul. Happy Viking meets all these needs and more. My mind is quick and sharp because of all the energy boosters and antioxidants. My body is fueled with lots of energy, I can go 8 hours strong because of the generous amounts of protein, vitamins and fiber. It makes me feel like I can handle everything, make critical decisions and take good care of my patients! No breaks is what a lot of us nurses face everyday so most importantly it fuels my soul because it tastes so good. I add it to organic almond or soy milk, add a banana or other fresh fruit. Sometimes I add a scoop of greens or nuts. I love the texture. It’s like drinking a milkshake. I have control over the thickness( when I add fresh blueberries it gets too thick but adding a little water smoothes it out nicely. It also works fine with water alone too. I appreciate it being clean and healthy. Organic and vegan. I’ve tried other expensive powders including kachava and there is no comparison ounce for ounce. Look at all the ingredients thoroughly on the label like a nurse. Kachava does not have full disclosure on its ingredients unless you email them. I must admit I’m not a fan of the chocolate but I love the strawberry and berry parfait the best. The serving size varies of course depending what you add to it. The scoop is huge and I feel like it’s well worth the value. I have it on subscribe to save some. A little swirl of grape syrup on top.(homemade) Don’t put a price on your precious health. My mom really loves this protein powder! She enjoys the strawberry flavor, and it's an easy meal replacement when she's on the go. It mixes well, tastes good, and she likes that it includes plant-based protein and superfoods. She'll definitely keep buying it.

I’ve been drinking plant based protein shakes for eight years now ~ in this is one of my favorites. Nice and creamy… Sometimes I mix the strawberry and the chocolate flavors together for a variety.

I have been grateful to have found Happy Viking Chocolate Protein Powder so I decided to try the strawberry flavor. It is thick and sweet but the strawberry flavor lingers. I am sure this would be a good thing for people who add fruit to a shake but it is not my cup of tea. (The fiber in Happy Viking is a real plus.)

This is a 10/10 the taste is not chalky at all it takes like a strawberry milkshake. The texture is creamy even when used with water. I used it in my overnight oats for the protein and they came out so good added graham cracker tasted like strawberry cheesecake. The value for the cost it’s a lot should last a couple months. It has all the health benefits you are looking for in protein shakes. Serving size I use one scoop in my overnight oats.
