I was honestly surprised at first by the amount of creatine packed into each pill, it can be a bit hard to swallow at first. That said, I definitely prefer this over taking a scoop of powder. There's no bad taste, no mixing required, and it's super convenient. As for performance, it does exactly what creatine is supposed to do. I've noticed the expected benefits, and the ease of use really makes it stand out. Overall, a great product. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Made me sick
Made me ill on the 1st use. I weight train 2Xs a week and mixing powders was too much trouble, so I thought I would try this as Ive had good training results in the past with creatine. I took the pills as directed and almost immediatly I felt nauseus, low energy as if I was getting a cold, and a blinding headache. I still have them on my shelf because I considered trying them again, but while writing this review I remebered how awful this made me feel and how I had to push myself to get through my workout. As soon as I hit submit, Im tossing these in the garbage.

Great item no taste better than gummies which taste disgusting, thises tables are large and some people might have trouble swallowing then however you can cut in half. I can feel the difference when weight training on three a day
