To be honest I wasn't expecting much from a cheap synthetic kaftan, but I was pleasantly surprised by this. The fit is quite roomy (I'm a small person so I expected this) but the cut of the neckline was quite slim and the shaping was flattering. The length is good (ankle length on me at 5' 5"). The print is great and the colours are lovely. The fabric was softer than I expected and it washes and dries really quickly. I've had lots of compliments whilst wearing it. This is great for hot evenings (just wish we'd had more of them this summer), holidays and to throw on post swim. Love it.

I bought this having read the reviews. I ordered a larger size than I normally wear. This is loose but comfortably so. It reaches down below my knees but doesn't trail on the floor even barefoot, I'm 5' 6".It is made of very thin, lightweight material that is cool to wear and is not see through. The pattern is very vibrant and the neckline is rather plunging, more so than I would normally choose.It feels light and comfortable either wearing around the house, my preference, or as a nightie.It feels soft and smooth against the skin and, despite being loose fitting, it hangs well.I'm pleased with my purchase and expect it will get plenty of use on hot evenings.

I like to wear kaftans around the house and have been buying them for years, but never online as I like to see them and feel the material. Bought one of these to try and was so impressed I bought two more. The material is soft and light but good quality and doesn't crease. I bought a much larger size than normal dress size because I like them roomy and they were just the right fit and length. As other reviewers have mentioned, they did have a rather strange smell when first taken out of the packet, but I just hand-washed them and they dry very quickly, and don't need ironing. I think they're great value and am really happy with them.

Just bought my third, fast delivery and gorgeous, stay-fast colours, however many times washed. Ideal for lounging around the house. Cheerful colour and lightweight, so good for warmer weather. Designed to be large and swirling, so feels comfortable all the time. Washes nicely in cold/cool water, so creases fall out easily. Will pack down into very small space for carrying in a flight or beach bag.

I have two of these from the same supplier/brand/label. I bought the first one in green and liked it. It is very light weight and comfortable. The fabric is prone to ‘static’ so it sometimes sticks to my legs and clings around my thighs and bum. Not ideal when you are trying to hide those less than shapely bits. I’m an18-20 dress size and I still find this roomy enough to wear with comfort and believe it would still be good up to size 24. Yet, the same garment looks great on my daughter who is size 12. Also I’m 5’4” and daughter is 5’8” 5’2” I think is the shortest height that you could wear this without it being a trip hazard.I was very disappointed in the blue one which I bought second, hence lower stars. The print overlay is misaligned and the finish is very poor. The colour isn’t as nice as the green either (but that personal choice I guess).I’ve kept it as it’s only for ‘out of the shower’ walking in the house but I’d be very unhappy if it was for outdoor wear or bought as a gift. But then the fabric might not be great for that anyway.Yes at the price is buy again, but knowing it’s a ‘second’.Hope my review is helpful - please press button below if it is. Many thanks

Wow its just as lovely as on picture (model). So comfortable and will probably live in it once the warm weather arrived. The colour is amazing, love it so much that I bought another one for my sister. The only negative is its a little too long for me and had to lift it to climb the stairs but easily remedied by taking up hem (sorted) and still looks good. Thinking of getting another one is a different colour.

Love the purple colour, love the material, love the style......but size is smaller than expected - I am normally size 24, and even taking into account some lockdown overeating, this should have been baggy; however, it is VERY snug around the hips and I will probably need to remake the seam to get the full looseness I wanted.
