Amazing product, don’t use them to blow up your bench but just to help stabilize your elbows. If you’re barely able to bend your arm it’s way to tight. I would recommend to anyone.

Nice wraps, a little stiffer than I would like but helps get a few more reps on heavy bench or overhead press. I’ve used them for a while, they have stayed stiff, nothing seems to be falling apart so it’s good quality. Nice and durable. They are pretty long, I have 15” forearms and 18.5” biceps and these fit well.

I bought these looking for support for my elbows since I have tendinitis flareups from time to time. I’ve tried other wraps but was drawn to these because of the design and the professional looking bodybuilder doing the demos for them. I got them today and tried them on and immediately recognized how stiff they are and they provide no fictional movement for press exercises. In fact, when you try to move your arm they cut into your bicep. Despite knowing how to use elbow wraps I chose to watch the PR instructional video to see if there was something I’m missing. There isn’t. They’re just not functional elbow wraps. My arms are 18” and any attempt to bend them with these wraps on cuts directly into my bicep. There is support and then there is stiff, and these elbow wraps are beyond stiff. If I could give them a 1/2 star I would and that is only because the desert camo design is cool. There are way better options on Amazon. I’m going back to my old wraps until I find new ones.

ナローグリップ気味のベンチプレススタイルだと挙上重量が5~10㎏アップする youtubeなどでは前腕から上腕に向けて巻いているけれども、私の場合は上腕から前腕に向けて巻いた方が効果があります。 ワイドグリップスタイルだとあまり恩恵はないかも

Dude these things are great, really good for prs, not a crazy increase but gave me the bump to hit an extra 30 ish pounds

I ordered full black but they came black with white writing. Apart from that they are a great product. Took a while to come from America but would reccomend.
