A tasty alternative to pork with much less fat and calories - but just as satisfying.

Very tasty and low fat alternative
Not quite as tasty as the smoked version, this is however, a very nice alternative to bacon and is lovely in a healthy BLT

A healthier alternative to bacon
Low fat, low calorie and tasty in a cooked breakfast.Cooks quickly. Better suited to grilling. Frying it always leaves messy burnt residue in my pan due to the water content in the rashers.Not as tasty as proper bacon but a lot healthier for me!

Even though its unsmoked it was still quite salty for me. Dont over cook...it turns rubbery

Cook in pan for best taste
I have tried this in and air fryer, under a grill , in a halogen oven and a microwave. None of the methods make it taste right but dry or oil fried in a pan this tastes just like real bacon. Have to let it brown off to get taste out. Otherwise it's like pink leathery nothing.
