I have very pale (think grey!) legs with dry skin and tattoos, is this any good? I want the lightest possible tan without staining my hands

I’ve used Garnier SM for years it’s the only fake tan I use, my daughters tempted me to try others but go back to this product because I know this will give me a light natural tan. I exfoliate and use baby oil in my bath to stop the tan becoming patchy and to alleviate dryness. To apply I dab small blobs all over to anywhere I want a tan, then rub in really well. I don’t put much on my ankles, feet, wrists; I don’t want giveaway tango stripes! I’m very fair too. Hope this helps.

How long does it take for color to show? Ive used tvis 3 times over 3 days and nothing has happened?
