Cardboard was alittle damaged but tent itself had no issues. It is heavy so definitely subjest having a few people to place it on your rack. Lighting doesn't come with a power suply. So a battery pack to usb A is needed. Mattress is 2 inches. So you can feel the floor alittle bit. Will be assembling it for it's maiden voyage so will update soon. Otherwise great product 👌

Love it!
This product is high quality for the price. Recommend it highly. Comfortable to sleep. Easy assembly and great delivery. Very durable especially to the weather. This item is heavy, but for quality reasons. The size is perfect for those that enjoy the rougher off road with sleep comfort.

Nice sturdy tent and surprisingly roomy
This rooftop tent has completely changed how we camp. Setup is fast, way faster than a ground tent and the mattress is actually comfortable. I love being off the ground and away from bugs. The materials feel solid and hold up well against wind and rain.

No way to keep heat in.
There are no doors.... there's a mesh screen but nothing to keep rain out and heat in. design flaw. shell is tough. with it had metal buckles to secure it closed. Mattress was comfy.

The shell is not aluminum. Just the bottom frame is.
A little disappointed that the shell is not aluminum as it says in the description. I thought that for a proceeding of $1300 the whole shell would be aluminum. The bottom frame is, but the top of the shell is plastic. That's my only complaint!

Not insulated. Cold breeze got in, can’t close awnings.
Great package. All hardware arrived. Not ideally for cold weather. Awnings do not close. Hard mattress. Very difficult for one person to close tent. Heavy tent. Sleeps two semi-comfortable, not ideal for 3. Even if the 3rd is a child. No shoe bag. Considering the price. You get what you paid for.

Delivered a week early
Set up is super easy and very spacious. We were able to add a 4cm Foam mattress underneath and close as long as we removed the ladder. Made it sooo comfortable. Packed with very thick carboard to protect and even though very damaged box. (Courier lodged a damage claim as they thought it had to be damaged. There was not a mark.

setting up is easy to open,just a bit hard when closed it, but i think it is normal ,love the tent
Take some time to get used to closing it up as one side is always harder to reach, but the inner space is good and spacy. nice tent to have!!!
