Seed PDS-08 Pediatric Daily Synbiotic was the ONLY thing that helped my picky eater 4 year old long term. I started putting it in her yogurt at breakfast every morning and it worked within days and kept working as long as I kept using it. For whatever reason she is pretty regular now without it, but it was an absolute lifesaving necessity for keeping her regular and not painfully constipated for at least half a year. It is pricy, but also was 100% worth it for how it helped her and how much she needed it for her health. The taste never seemed to bother her in yogurt and she is very picky. It dissolved well or at least enough not to be detected in yogurt or well stirred into liquid.

My son has always had tummy troubles with slow transit constipation and always straining to push and not being regular and stool barely coming out and I hate giving Laxatives all the time but I noticed that within a week and half of him using this he has been becoming more regular and straining less and gave more productive bowel movements. I definitely recommend this product I hear already had 2 months supply. And plan on getting more.

Love these for my kid. Easy to mix. No clumpy. No taste

If you put it in juice it didnt taste bad. If you put it in water it taste like your drinking a saltine cracker. I used it for awhile as an adult because I have a more sensitive stomach but was running low and it wouldnt make it in time so I ended up getting the adult one and it didnt work. Tried going back to the kids and that didn't work either. Weird! My daughter took it until recently and it worked okay. She has Celiacs disease with constipation and it did help just not as much as 1 one like for the amount of money. It didnt cause stomach issues as long as you took it daily. All people are different so you really have to try it for a month or 2 to find out if it will work for you/your child or not.
