NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Lip IV Hydrating Glossy Lip Stain with 12HR Hydration - Bubblegum Burst (Pink)

My new lip gloss go to. I’m not a makeup girl. A little mascara or DIY Lashes and eyeliner and I’m good to go. So I don’t know much or how to do much of anything makeup wise. This is perfect for a minimal girl. It’s a nice touch of color even on my dark melanin lips and makes them feel all juicy. It doesn’t feel sticky at all! I was expecting a tackiness, but there’s none!Very smooth and honestly you only need a very thin amount to cover both lips. Sometimes I only coat one lip to make sure I don’t apply too much, or a very very thin layer to both to make sure all surfaces are covered.I really want to try this in another color.

Works! I know some people talk about wiping it off after a few minutes. I don’t. I just apply and go. But it stays. It does fade eventually, but even then, it fades in a way that looks like you’ve just got a nice lip liner. Totally will buy again!I got “dripping in rose”. It is a bit darker than pictured but I like the color.

I looked at a lot of lip stains and tried 3 different ones before I got this. It goes on easily with the brush. It is definitely lip gloss shiny. But is not overly sticky. After a few hours (and coffee and breakfast and water) it dulls down but is still color on my pale lips. I reapply after lunch and in the mid/late-afternoon to get me through the rest of my work day. I apply chapstick over it when it's dulled down but not when it's shiny. I love the color on (winter white) me. I thought I wanted a matte lipstain but nope, I like shiny. It doesn't stay as long as I'd like, though. There is a light vanilla smell that I don't love but I don't notice it after awhile. I might try a darker shade to see if that stains deeper and lasts longer. But I may just try another brand (again) in hopes of finding "the one."

I had heard rave reviews regarding the NYX lip stains and wanted to try them! Being someone who doesn't typically wear much makeup, I wasn't sure how I would like the feel of this product. I was very impressed with the feel of the lip stain! It went on smoothly, was very hydrating and my lips felt moisturized all day. This lip stain does not feel sticky and is very easy to apply, which is a big plus! I have purchased hydra honey, drippin n' rose and blush rush. All of them are lovely on and I think will complement many skin tones. I plan to purchase a few more shades!! This is my new go-to lip product and I highly recommend it!

This is freshly applied Drippin In Rose. I’m fair/medium with pink undertones, and this color wears off to the same color; just no glossy. I get through a 10-12 hour day and only have to touch up a couple of times through the day to refresh the color. It’s a lovely non sticky gloss. I highly recommend this as it is not uncomfortable or showing lip lines on my nearly 58 year old lips.

I love this product! I don’t really love a glossy shine on my lips so if I let this stain sit a short while then wipe it off and add some chapstick … it’s perfect. I am adding 2 pictures… 1 is a silly pucker right after I wiped away the product and added chapstick. The second pic is after around 8-9 hours of wear. ;)

I really love this product as a stain, just not so much as a gloss. The stain comes out so nice and the color Drippin' in Rose is that perfect "your lips but better" color. The gloss isn't great as it gets all over your teeth, see pic. It's also a bit sticky, but I didn't buy it for the gloss anyway. The smell is a nice light maybe vanilla scent, or maybe cake? Either way it isn't overpowering so you probably won't notice it. The stain itself lasts most of the day as long as you're careful. I applied it and then ate two meals and it was still there, just lighter than before. This isn't as pigmented as the more expensive stains, but I think it's well worth the small amount of money you pay for it. As I said, as a gloss, that's a big no. But as a stain, that's a HECK yes! Pics are either gloss, gloss all over my teeth, and then after wiping gloss off (I waited about 10 minutes).

My absolute favorite lip product now! I wanted something light and easy for everyday, this color is just a little more than my natural lip so it adds nice style without being bold for everyday. It’s super smooth, hydrating and not drying at all. The smell is good without any strong scent or taste either. I recommend this 100% I really will repurchase and try other colors when I want to experiment!
