This drink is phenominal ! I love the flavor, relieves thirst, and the best thing is, it has relieved me of pains attributed to arthritis . I used to use pain relieving patches, but the relief of those are only temporary. Once I started using Cheribundi light, I no longer use the pain relieving gels and patches .For one thing, my husband is happy I no longer use the gels and patches because he doesnt like the smell of those. Cheribundi has helped me so much in bringing relief to my pains and aches. I take one bottle a day . I only wish it was less pricey. But the benefits make up for the price

Really not that tart. Refreshing drink but zero help with sleep.
