Triquetra is becoming a trusted brand for me so I thought to branch out from the 5-MTHF & B12 that is so fundamental for my wellbeing and try their Biotin. I think I must be imagining it because nails take so long to grow, but it seems like my nails are holding together much better. I've been taking it for about a month. Even if I am imagining it I am more and more preferring liquids and tinctures. So I think I will keep using. Glad for 2 oz., larger bottle. Hope they start offering in their 5-MTHF as well. It's hard these days to feel trust forming for most entities. Even though it's just good business to offer a quality product at a fair price it seems like the trend is to exploit a good reputation then break it. So I am warily becoming hopeful about this quality company that they will continue to be worthwhile. 🤞

It's too soon to know if this will help with my excessive shedding and thinning hair, but it is a better alternative than pill form which gets wasted through digestion and flushed out of your body. This liquid, sublingual form is absorbed under your tongue in a pleasant berry flavor so you don't have to worry about stomach upset or waste. I will come back later to leave an updated review on the results. I will say that I will continue using this product because it tastes good and I like the delivery method! It's easy to use and hopefully will help with hair growth.

I like that this is organic. It tastes nice and not acrid. I haven't used it long enough to know if it will be effective.

So I never leave reviews and NEVER post photos. But I had to for this product because it may help someone. My hair was thinning at the sides. I didn’t expect much when I started taking the biotin but was consistent and took it with my morning vitamins. One day I looked in the mirror and there was a difference! I’m totally satisfied. It works!
