SO GOOD I BOUGHT FIVE!
I have FIVE of these little amps powering 10 ceiling speakers in my house. Each connected to an Amazon Echo Input providing multiroom audio via Alexa. I had initially planned to expand my gen 1 Sonos setup which cost me over a grand, but Sonos lost me when they threatening to brick the gen 1 stuff. I sold it all and won't be buying any more! Not only that, I find it ridiculous at how much Sonos charges for their amps. ยฃ600? No thanks! I've basically saved myself ยฃ3k. Each zone in this setup costs me ยฃ70 (ยฃ350 overall). Okay, so Amazon hasn't fully matured its multiroom audio capabilities to fully compete with Sonos. After all, it is a cloud-based platform, whereas Sonos is mesh-based (Sonosnet), giving them the upper-hand. With that said, Amazon Alexa / Echo still functions reasonably well for multiroom audio. There are just a few issues that I've outlined below. + Speaker groups have no independent volume control (just group control). You have to disconnect from the speaker group, connect to the Echo that needs volume adjustment, then reconnect to the speaker group. Speaker groups cannot be chosen on the fly while you're playing music. You have to set your groups up first, give them a name, and then you can start playing music through that group. + Want to play different music in each room? Both Spotify and Amazon Music requires a family subscription to play different music on different devices. You can, however, have Spotify playing on one device (through Spotify connect) and Amazon Music playing on another. Amazon Music supports Apple Music, Deezer, and TuneIn, but these serves can't be played independently. One more option: You can use BLUETOOTH on the amps! So you can effectively play 3 songs on 3 different Echo's. Edit: you can play different music on different devices through Amazon music but I think you need Prime Membership to do this. +Want to play local files? Unfortunately, there is no support for playing local files on Amazon Echo devices because they are cloud-based. However... BLUETOOTH is again the savour. Just remember to rename all amp Bluetooth names to the correct room, so you can identify them easily. These amps have Bluetooth 4.2 built-in, Nobsound also sells the Bluetooth 5 version, which supposed to provide better range; however, I find these have adequate range to cover every room of my Dorma Bungalow (placed in unconverted loft space). So how do these amps perform? Well, I'm extremely impressed with them... that's why I bought 5!. Audio quality is much better than the old Sonos ZP120 which had a pitiful output of 50w per channel. These amps provide 100w per channel - more than enough to power my speakers to uncomfortable volumes. There are also BASS and Treble controls which work really well. I have the volume and bass set at 2 o'clock and the treble at 12 o'clock. I have one amp connected to a cheap 2-way speaker switch allowing me to link bedroom speakers and bathroom speakers without the need of another amp. For those wondering: My speakers consist of: 1 pair of Yamaha NC-IS800 8-inch ceiling speakers (Bedroom) 2 pairs of AmazonBasics 8-inch ceiling speakers (Kitchen and Bedroom) 1 Lithe Audio LASS65 6.5-Inch Stereo Dual Tweeter Ceiling Speaker (Bathroom) 1 pair of Adastra Slimline 6.5-inch ceiling speakers (Bedroom) 1 Adastra Stereo 6.5-inch Dual Tweeter Ceiling Speaker (Bathroom) You're probably thinking... a bit rubbish. I admit, the Adastra's are a bit pants (but mainly because I've not installed speaker hoods yet). The AmazonBasics are spectacular - everyone comments on how amazing they sound. The Lithe Audio speaker is great and the Yamaha's are easily the best. (I use another 4 Yamaha's in my 7.1 Dolby ATMOS system - they sound incredible). Other reviews have mentioned interference. One scenario that you will get interference is if you have a multitude of wireless devices near the amps inside your server cabinet. You'll know it's caused by wireless as you will hear a very low pulsing static sound coming through the speakers. To irradicate this, you need to ensure any wireless devices are placed outside of your cabinet. I did initially make this mistake by having a wireless router, Tenda mesh Wi-Fi and all echo's inside the cabinet. I've since disabled Wi-Fi on the router, placed the primary Tenda node and all echo devices outside of the cabinet and my speakers are now completely silent. I've seen others attaching echo inputs to the top these amps, I would not recommend this as you will likely get interference. Other interference can be caused by poor quality speaker wiring. I've installed premium-quality QED QX16/4 or QX16/2 speaker cable throughout my house. The other, often overlooked thing, is these use a hardware on/off toggle switch which means I've been able to add smart switches to schedule them to turn off and on. Overall, I love these amps! They're great value, provide plenty of output and most importantly, sound great!

Very clean sound
I have this running some Bose Acoustimass speakers in a home made boombox, very clear sound and well controlled bass with crisp treble. A very small and compact unit but can get a little warm after a while, I did find that due to it's size the controls were very close to each other making it difficult at times. I was disappointed with the quality of the banana jack plugs as the threads were extremely poor and there is no way if you passed a cable through the hole that the knob will tighten (I was going to return it). I didn't use the thumb screw just plugged the jacks straight in so no problem. The bluetooth is solid locks on straightaway and is crystal clear however using the RCA analogue connection it was a lot quieter and no where near as clear audio, it sounded slightly muffled loosing the crispness at the top. It would have been nice to have a bluetooth on / off switch as if it is till connected it will not allow sound from the RCA's. I have also changed the supplied PSU as many people recommend for better sound, I'm not sure the quoted 100W x2 RMS is true but it is loud and sounds very nice. For this power and bluetooth APTX at this price it does give good value for money.

NICE AMP... BUT BEWARE... CHEAP CHINESE PSU!!...
I read all reviews & bought this (not the cheapest) micro, well speced, Amplifier as a speculative curiosity for my 'Man Room'... I use Apt-X HD Bluetooth & needed to replace my 90s Denon 50W compact HiFi amp which died. I'll wired the old Denon Radio through RCA terminals & Bluetooth my music through it... (I am trying to miniturise my stuff & reduce wiring clutter & this suits) Amp arrived fine & fast from Amazon UK. It's certainly a dinky mini size for it's stated power output! It doesnt hold back on volume(time will tell). Very neat, robust & attractive ali case & durable terminals. It all connected upto speakers & Bluetooth effortlessly. Pleasurable positive action On/Off switch & effective power LED (for Amp only; none on external PSU). I was enjoying quality streaming wireless music within 10 minutes. LOVELY! The sound is rich with clear clean tones through two shelf size 100W Mission Speakers. The 'Tone' & 'Bass' controls do their job v well, knobs feel gritty but no crackle, and are definitely needed. Bluetooth connection drops v occasionally... All was good!!??.... NO!!... POWER SUPPLY DIED AFTER 1 HOUR!!! It's a 240V @ 1.65A Input.. output 19V @ 3.42A (Plug has 13A Fuse Haaa!! who chooses or regulates this stuff?!!!). PSU totally underpowered. So big waste of my time and typical cheap, Chinese bundled cra p!!.. I had a hunch about the PSU. So why spoil a nice Amplifier with cheap, flakey, way under powered PSU?? Update: Next day, just recieved a 120W 6.5A 'Delippo' PSU (from Amazon) and again WOW! the setup feels & sounds much better, bags of quality power output... Update: This PSU now 6 mths & all has survived high volume output... Would defo recommend with this 120W PSU is a necessary replacement!! All a bit experimental.. Good Luck... Update: Sound is still v good. I love it's small size & quality sound. I Added a six input aluminium selector box(ยฃ45 ouch)... Really neat for switching inputs!!

Serves its purpose PERFECTLY!!
Well made. Well worth it. Easy to set up with or without Bluetooth. Excellent power and sound. The control knobs could be better to use, they aren't as smooth to turn as they should be, but thats me being fussy. I would strongly recommend this amp. I have not seen or heard any products of similar function so I am unable to provide any comparisons. That said this amp surpasses what I was expecting bigtime. I used it in my garden with my house speakers and it was time to party.

Initially impressive...BUT...
Simplicity itself. Just plug and play. Great sound quality. These are the selling points that I read about before purchase, and by and large, they are very true. But - after a couple of days of fairly constant use in my kitchen, at medium volumes - as it doesn't do 'loud', only 'above normal' - it seemed quieter. I turned it up a bit, and started looking at the volumes of the inputs (Alexa, digital radio). They were fine. After another day, turned up to max was just below the normal level of my old Roberts radio - which actually powers the external speakers pretty well on its own - but doesn't work with the rf interference that this amp - and its charger - gives out. Today, it is back in the packaging, and awaiting being sent back for a refund. Completely disappointing. I shall try one more 'mini' amp from elsewhere, and then just use a small ordinary amp if that comes out as awful...

Sounds great, more than enough power
Bought this to resurrect a pair of Tibo Plus 4 floorstanders whose electronics had blown. I rewired them as passive speakers then attached the Nobsound amp and they sound incredible - better than ever. The Bluetooth connection is quick and has better range and reliability than the built in receiver ever did. It connects to my Android phone with aptX (unfortunately not aptX-HD) and the sound is rich, detailed and full. There is close to zero hiss or noise when the amp is on. One thing to note is that the speaker terminals on the back are mini terminals, and the hole is a bit small for wide gauge speaker cable. I'm not 100% sure what gauge my cables are but I think 1.5mm cable squeezed through OK whilst 2.5mm was a bit too wide. I guess banana plugs would make this a non-issue and be easier to install given the condensed layout. I haven't had the volume up past about 20%, because that's more than enough to shake the room with those speakers - so it's possible that at higher volumes the power brick would be insufficient, but you'd need to be driving something pretty beefy to find out. At the price point it would have been nice to have an optical input as well, but I guess there's only so much circuitry you can fit in that little box.

Poppy pop pop....
PROS Compact unit, easy to conceal. Easy to set up. Great sound quality and very loud. CONS Popping when coming on, going off and switching input. Really quite fierce, I apologise to my speakers each time.

Worth the money ๐
I bought this to drive some speakers in the garden , I actually think it would do it , and would use it to drive ceiling speakers in the bathroom. But I was wrong it drives the big speakers in the garden!! And sounds ok ๐๐ great value for the money! To be fair the blue tooth hasn't the range advertised , but that's nothing , it's more than good enough . I would recommend this little amp !
