Disappointed with this RENPHO Eye Massager
This is my third RENPHO eye massager. I am a migraine sufferer, and I was so happy to find these. My last one just bit the bullet after 2 years. I had the pink version, and it was pretty nice. It simply stopped charging. I thought I would upgrade to this one being it offered cooling as well. Since I've had luck with this company, I (stupidly) threw away the packaging and can not return it. Lesson learned.It does not start easily. In fact, it just doesn't want to. After many attempts, it will start, but I can't choose the option I want.It doesn't hold as well either. I'm just all around disappointed with this one. It costs more and it simply sucks. Yeah, I got it during Black Friday, but I'm still stuck with one I very much would like to toss, and get the old pink one that worked wondered.
