Purchased 2 for an emergency Christmas gifts. Gifted one, but we ate the other. Nuts were fabulous!

I bought a similar nut variety as a Christmas gift last year and since it was enjoyed, I decided to get the same person this. I don’t feel the value of this very good comparatively speaking. The portions are much smaller. The taste is ok I suppose but several of the varieties are spicy, which were not well received. The nuts were fresh and smell fine. One of the selling points was the reusable wooden tray the nuts came in. I suppose the tray is sturdy but its compartments are shallow. I’d prefer cardboard with more sizable portions.
